Online Contacts dont work?

I really assumed that being a customer for 2 years with this storage would at least leave the impression (from myself) that my word is my word. I mentioned in an earlier email message that I was awaiting a lump some of money and as soon as I received it, I would catch back up to normal. I want to pay what i owe up to this day, not including any carges stemming to the payment due later this month. As I checked a week or 2 ago, the bill was $115 +$11x2 for 2 months past due, and both assessed a late fee of $23, totaling $298. Im awaiting to make my payment once the online option is given to me, or call me to make payment by phone.
