I was able to get through to them to calling customer service and they told me they no longer use an email address. They only use the phone number, 1.888. 547.8438 User’s recommendation: Use phone number not email.

Hello! Yesterday 17. 05. 2019 13:50 we received our shipment in terrible condition from iExpress courier. The box was deformed and even torn from one corner. The feeling that someone opened it. The courier, for his part, did not want to answer anything at all and left as soon as possible, starting to ask all questions to the iExpress Office. As a result, the shipment was damaged and there was expensive hardware inside - a power amplifier. Working capacity in working condition, but with visible damage.
