Ongoing problems with a chair

I bought two matching recliners in 2016. Happy with them until one began to malfunction about a year ago. I know the chair is out of guarantee therefore I used the UK company used by Natuzzi and paid for the necessary parts and fitting. It did not resolve the problem. Eventually Natuzzi agreed to replace the replacement part which was deemed faulty. Last week the second replacement part was fitted. The chair functioned properly for six days. It has now malfunctioned again and I was, once more, stuck in the chair....... Help!!!!!!
