Ongoing Issues even after clean install

Over the past 4 months I have had no end of issues with PS23U and have had to restart my project almost a dozen times. After complying with "support instructions" that were numerous, I requested "Remote Assistance" which proved futile. Support could not fix the issue - namely, lines across video files (like an old VHS tape). I finally requested a removal of all PS23U software and a clean install. This was done and I once again commenced my project. After a while, the same issues emerged - crashing, render process freezing and once again, lines across video files. I lodged a request for support and was given the same instructions that I have been through in the past. I refused to go down that path again. I requested REMOTE ASSISTANCE and stated that I do not wish to received any more repetitive instructions that I had received over the past 4 months. Result? Another set of instructions. I requested a refund and a downgrade to PS21/22/18 or a free upgrade to PS24U - this has fallen on deaf ears. Kindy assist me in getting my point across. Many thanks.
