Ongoing issue for over 2 years

I have tried to contact your customer service for over two years regarding a bill that I received from your office. I went to your office twice in two days and was not properly diagnosed..two days later I was in the hospital with 40% breathing capacity w/ double pneumonia. I have written letters, spoken to your uncooperative staff..told me I could not speak to a supervisor and that there was nothing "clinically" wrong with me. I NEED FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME THAT HAS THE ABILITY TO MAKE DECISIONS... User's recommendation: Do not go there.
