Ongoing internet outage problems

Update by user Mar 28, 2021 Contacted FCC and got results Original review posted by user Feb 26, 2021 Internet was hit and miss for several days. There are several numbers to call, but they are all automated and want you to go online to see if you can fix your problem. If I had internet I would do that. Plus arranging a service call is a nightmare. Need a number to call that you can actually talk to someone. User's recommendation: Find another service you will be glad you did.
