I ordered a spa for 2 @ and when I called the spa located on Prince St., in New York, NY they never answer only voicemail. I left several messages for a call back to schedule my Spa appointment and no one ever called me back. I contacted Pulsd and got nowhere real fast. Because of health issues the Spa expired. Now Pulsd won't refund my $89. I will never use Pusld again. I had an issue like this w/ groupon but I received my money back. I will never purchase anything from Pulsd again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not impressed with the email that I received from Lauren at Pulsd. Although she responded fast and was apologetic it doesn't help me because I am out of $89.
