They are the worst. Totally unintuitive website, horrible customer service. Don't bother submitting a work ticket, if they do decide to respond, the response will not contain anything helpful. I am not sure what service they ACTUALLY provide and believe they are part of the racket of health insurance absorbing all the money so that nothing is left for the consumer. If there is a way to never have to use this garbage, I will be thrilled. Also, I have never met a person who is pleased with their service or website- they are nothing but a piece of red tape and I suspect that is their intention. User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
