The manager refuses to look into an issue any deeper. After I gave a review and tried to resolve the problem, she red flagged us from other storages. I am upset because her lack of care about how her wrong decision affects other people, more then she cares to think about, is unfair. She refuses to look any deeper which seems to me like she really doesn't care about trying to fix the problem, because of this, she will be picking up *** for a long time and losing money because I have been there 6 years. User's recommendation: Go to any other public storage but the one on gothard and Talbert.
