MR. Tire Route 355 Gaithersburg, MD. I received an on line quote for 4 new tires, mounting, and disposal of old tires from them and scheduled an appointment with them (9/17/2021). Upon receiving a call saying the work was completed I asked what the final price was, the quote did not include tax. I was surprised to be given a price far above what my on line quote was. I was told I would need to talk to the manager when I came in. In short, an alignment was added to my on line quote by them, I did not request one on my on line order. The manager told me that as it was on THEIR paperwork, and that the work had already been performed . there was nothing he would do beyond a discount on the alignment. I understand I did sign their copy of the work order that they added the alignment to, but as I did not request an alignment originally I feel this is a way for them to "pad" the bill, and that I was cheated by having paying for a service I didn't ask for or want.
