Obline Order with no delivery – had to cancel for refund.

Ordered shipment on Dec 1 online through Nespresso website. After 10+ delayed status updates, I called and twice was told to wait, and it was on its way. Finally, requested a refund. I realize we are in a pandemic, the weather is bad, and it's a busy time of year. I guess its back to Amazon for coffee. User's recommendation: Try it untill it doesnt work, then move on:).
