I was prescribed Nuvaring by my gyno and used it for a couple of months since my spouse and I wanted to plan our family ( we already had a one year old child to care for). Unfortunately, while on the Nuvaring I became pregnant with triplets!!!!!!!!!! A ruptured etopic and a twin pregnancy. I almost lost my life. It was horrible and scary. I was very discouraged and had to undergo surgery and months of hospitalization, pregnancy complications, and months of recouperation.Doctors were shocked and took all the information they could to provide to the Nuvaring company. Thankfully we have two healthy twins but this was not our expectation or desire.
