Complete rip off and company can not stand behind product. They out source to a company they call customer service, but no one has the authority to truly assist you and they can not receive emails or pass you along to a supervisor. How have they stayed in business and manage to continue taking people's money without them knowing it until it is too late. Please post this so others do not lose their hard earned money too.
