Hello. This review is informational only. To answer your question about other issues. I havent had any other issues with that Bojangles or any other Bojangles due to the fact that I dont intend to ever visit a Bojangles restaurant again. Nothing really gets done when a complaint is submitted at your stores. Customer service was horrible because there was none. Had to wait at the window for over 5 minutes until I yelled out my window into the store at a worker and asked if they were open. Had to wait over 14 minutes for my sandwich. When I did get the sandwich and fries, it was cold. So I had to get out of my car and go inside the store to let them know that my food was cold. Then had to wait another 10 minutes. Horrible!!! User's recommendation: I Would Not Visit Bojangles Restaurant.
