Not working brand new mover extra charges

Called several phone numbers. Not even phone transfers, just give different phone numbers to call. Never resolved issue. I have to pay smo to do my lawn now AND I have to pay $80 transportation fee to get it delivered to the service shop. NOT covered. I wish it was never my purchase. My neighbors recommended different brand but my hubby has sentimental attachment since his dad dcd had one. Lowes want it returned unused. Hilarious. User's recommendation: Research better don't buy craftsman.
