I have been pleading with Metlife to engage with me to provide me details which was promised to me when i subscribed to the policy. I was told would be provided online access to review the 180 funds which is available and would be able to switch between them. neither metlife nor the bank is able to provide access. how do i solve for this. User's recommendation: dont believe your banker who is only looking for commissions.
