I ordered 4 identical goods from them. That was almost a month ago. 2 weeks passed and I received 2 items only. I called them and they explained that the order was divided into 2 packages and the second one would arrive in a couple of days. 10 days have passed since then. I am still waiting for the second package. Now I doubt whether it will arrive at all. I called them one more time. They apologized for the delay and assured me that I would get the package soon. But they did not give any exact information about its location. As for the items I received, they are just what I ordered and expected.
