On 9/21/2016 I placed my second order for Tea with CoffeeRoots. Unlike the first order nearly a year earlier this one was never shipped and now no one will respond to me. I have sent repeated Emails asking for information, a tracking number and most recently a refund or something. I am getting no response at all. If I am unable to get my order, a refund of the $75.80 US and the wire transfer fees of $45.00 US will be fine.
