On 9/21/2016 I placed my second order for Tea with CoffeeRoots. Unlike the first order nearly a year earlier this one was never shipped and now no one will respond to me. I have sent repeated Emails asking for information, a tracking number and most recently a refund or something. I am getting no response at all....

Improper Doctor Attitude
Dr. Liena grain's attitude towards patients is incorrect and guided by personal sympathies, projecting his suspicions and fantasies to patients. At the day hospital, she aggressively accused me of lying about getting sick and therefore not visiting. It was claimed that a person could not be so ill that he could not come to the doctor. He then refused to admit me to treatment in search of another doctor. Note - Other patients did not need to change their inpatient psychiatrist after the day. Also treated my friend, who was treated harshly and abusively. On his first visit, Dr. Grain asked about sources of income and did not believe that a person lives on savings. She has expressed suspicions that the patient is not here at all for treatment, but to fabricate an article for a portal (thought that my friend plays and is a journalist). At the moment, my friend has been officially declared missing, and a farewell letter has been found. I believe that this treatment of a mentally ill person is harmful and this is partly Dr. Grain liability as an incompetent doctor. The main problem is that there is no way to check what the psychiatrist said during the visit, how to offend the patient or injure the human psyche.
