On 09/04/21, one of our sliding door from our wardrobe has fallen off suddenly. After further checking, the parts that secure to the body of the door was not properly secure. There should be 5 screws to secure the part but only 2 screws were used to secure them (1st Photo). We even spotted another parts that was not secure properly that causes cracks to the surface of the door (2nd Photo). We requested for repair PN: 9995 Inv#INV-TRD19-05-009 Best Regards, Rahman
