I booked two tickets for the UK event with TR and having cancelled 3 times they just excuse themselves saying that "they are not cancelling but running it online", that "you are not eligible for refund" . Online event is not nearly close to the original format. I want my money back, after covid19 a lot of people have financial problems and deserved to be treated with respect. This business is very unethical. User's recommendation: The company takes advantage from people, avoid!
