I did not receive a follow up email for me to sign an e signature. I waited for an email for weeks but didnt receive one. In the end I had to call and request a hard copy for me to sign. It means me waiting longer for my sofa. Very poor service on behalf of DFS User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.
