Not received refund after 1,5 month and 30 emails

Delivery and pickup was already a disaster. But now, after 1, 5 month still no refund. They keep saying they have received my return, and next day they can't find my return, next day promises they will refund. 30 emails, several phone calls, still no refund. Only general emails from them like: we will give you notice as soon as we know more. All lies.
