Hi i am worker for superdrug myself and i work very hard and purchase alot from our company and dont like to complain or even receive complaints but the my rewards on the superdrug app never ever seems to work for the i have reached 20 shops a while back and it sais i will recieve a gift box which all my other colleagues have recieved and rubbing it in that i havent received mine even though i have spent alot of money with our company i have a code which is : VIP-K2HP-DP8C-GGRR However every time i enter this code it still says i have to pay for the gift box which is really annoying i would just like to know how i redeem this or even get anything back in rewards as i have never received nothing please get back to me
