Not pleased with customer service

I purchased a dining table and chairs 24 months ago. I also purchased the Guardian insurance coverage. We noticed the laminated top on the table had bubbled and separating at a seam. I placed a claim with Guardian which was denied saying it wasn't damaged it separated. I contacted Star's customer service and included pictures. I was told to expect a call from a supervisor each day for 5 days. No one called. I called again and was told water seeped into the top causing the bubbling. They would not repair or replace. I had no options. User's recommendation: I would not be able to reccomend their store after this experience.
