Not interesting, need take back money

I am a new customer, my chase bank transferred to Coinbase.com from April 12 to now April 17, I cant transfer money from Coinbase account to default portfolio , I chated with customer service ask why I cant transfer money , they said have to wait 5 bussiness days, after 5 days i also cant transfer, I connected with Coinbase support,case #0553****-l, they cant good help to get transfer successful , I dont have fund for trade , made me boring ,I try to call with customer service but I cant connect, very hard to get help , that is reason why I want to take back my money , so thank you for your care about customer
