I have had a membership for 11 months, rented twice. One time was able to use credits as payment. Other time only got a discount! Looking again now and can't find a way to use credits (8) other than as a discount . That doesn't work for me! Will cancel at the end of my year. The website does not have enough info about the black out dates or places that are closed or closed one day a week or peak times or any of that. You just find out that the credits don't work when you want. Be very careful! User's recommendation: Be careful! Was not a good deal for me.
