Beware of VA lottery scam!! Virginia lottery vending machine is printing out blank lottery slips and taking your money. Both the store (Right Aid) and Virginia lottery refused to give me a refund. Its been 2 months with no refund. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and the Virginia Attorney General Consumer Protection. Im waiting to see whats going to happen. User's recommendation: Beware of virginia lottery vending machine blank lottery ticket scam!
