Not getting what I paid for

Purchased full synthetic oil change and didn't get one they put in a synthetic blend which is not interchangeable have received no response from them about what they are going to do about it I should get a refund for paying for a service I didn't receive. User's recommendation: Make sure you tell them exactly what you want.
