I have a question: How can I buy extra storage on a ONE-TIME basis? I don't want a plan, a subscription, a membership, or whatever you call it. Is a one-time purchase possible, with no strings, conditions, or other methods of pressuring me into buying something I don't want? It looks like I have 15 GB of storage, of which I've used a total of 5.3 GB; I'm being told I don't have any more storage space? What's going on? I got on your Chat line with Alvin, waited several minutes, got up to get something, and Alvin decided he couldn't wait any more. I can't find the Chat line again; I can't get any answers. I'm frustrated. User's recommendation: Find another company, if you can.
