Well when I purchased with credit cards they informed quite unfriendly they could not take payment with two cards. Sent me on a wild goose chase 20 mins. When I return there is a new attendant. She provide satisfactory customer service. She calls corporate and after standing there for additional 15 min they walk her thru procedure. Finally I have boarding pass and luggage checked. After this stressful situation I ask if I have enough time to smoke a cig ask User's recommendation: Do book that don't care.
