I am presently in the UK, June 2019. I have tried on several occasions to contact you, my RX carrier, through the internet, but you MUST BLOCK YOUR users/customers - impossible. I cannot access my account from outside the USA. I have contacted my agent and he was not much help either, really. I am also unable to dial your 1-86*-250-**** number through a British telephone exchange. Those types of numbers do not work outside the US. This seems stunning to me in this day and age that you operate in this manner. I cannot pay my bill, very frustrating.
