Not able to contact the store

First of all I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban transitional lenses progressive lenses i s the LensCrafter employee whose name was Terry to make sure that my glasses would be dark as possible he assure me that they would be but that was not the case when I received them now on Saturday stay April 16th 17th I'm unable to contact the store because of a busy signal this tells me that somebody is ignoring my call User's recommendation: Make sure you get something in writing from whatever person is assisting you.
