Very disgusted. I had already cancelled my subscription with them, yet when I went on to take a look at the current total I had left on my card, there was a pending payment being attempted of $17.38, and you only get 6 or 7 items, I came across a discount to try the first box for just $1.09 and only wanted to try the first box to even see what I would receive. The first box, with that discount was actually a great deal. Suddenly seeing this pending payment, I went back on and looked a bit more into my account I had made on their website to find that you can delete your card from their system. After that I went to my bank account linked to my card to lock my card, hopefully by doing those steps, it will be difficult for them to take the $17.38 from me. I did send them a message under the cancellation choice in the drop box to try contacting them and not only made it abundantly clear how I was taking the steps to not have the payment actually be made, I bluntly added that this is also a formal complaint, and I had also added I will not be making the payment. This I just went through yesterday, before midnight on 03/03/2021, I'll have to wait to see if I even get a response from the company, but hopefully with what I just shared can help someone else not have money taken from them. Very sneaky and underhanded to make an attempt of a payment that was not going to be to my knowledge had I not gone on to check and see in the first place. Hopefully those couple of steps to cancel it while it was pending will leave them no choice but to cancel it on their end and I'll still have the money left in my account rather than being basically stolen from me. To finalize, do not sign up with LookFantastic, if you at least see these complaints here on this site, including mine, count your blessings that you're doing your research first prior to making any purchase of any subscription boxes. Who knows how many of them have the same way of going about business and just try to take your money even after you've already cancelled it! That is stealing, end of story. User's recommendation: I do not recommend. Beware of LookFantastic.
