First off they mislead you on added charges. The price charged was at least $9 more than quoted. I had to pay additional fees for optional warranty of "their" appliances, which should have be included in monthly rate. Then they added taxes on top of that. Then I had set up autopay on the account and they were charging me late fees, even though I had auto pay set up. Customer service was always hard to reach and when I did the first thing they said was "you can always go online to take care of this". This company bought out Select Laundry, which was amazing. No issues at all and no hidden fees. Just go to Sears and buy what you need you will be better off and save money in the long run. In other words DO NOT use this company.
