after 6 phone calls to various AT&;;T numbers over a period of 2 hours, I could not get a real--live person who spoke English, or even get one of their "consumer support representatives" to transfer my call to the Continental United States. I find this type of business practice HIGHLY OFFENSIVE, and it offends me that I pay insane taxes on my bundled internet and cell phone that I cannot even talk to somebody that I can understand!! User's recommendation: use any other carrier besides AT&T if you want decent customer service.
