We had a freight shipment that was picked up May 19th and was supposed to be delivered 05/21. It is June 3rd and my shipment has not yet been delivered. One of the supervisors in Decatur, AL stated that the delivery would be sent out and delivered yesterday. It was never delivered yesterday. But, this is absolutely absurd. We paid for 2 day freight shipping, and 2 weeks later our shipment is in the same location it was a week ago. Terrible service, if I could give it negative stars I would. User's recommendation: Do not use them, if you do you will regret it.
