We purchased in May 2008 an electronic fense for our back yard from Anagnos. We have requested service no less than three times due to gate not opening or closing properly. They claimed initially that product failed due to snow and declined warranty service. Subsequently, the gate failed at least two more times which they refused to service. My own electrician had to purchase the resistors that were buring out and this kept happening. We wrote and spoke to service and owners of the company to no avail. After threatening litigation, they finally said they would inspect the device and reimburse us for our repairs. However, when the gate failed again, and the principal of the company richard anagnos would not follow through with his inspection promise, we threatened him again. He came out with no tools and called me by phone with my wife onsite as a witness calling me a ### and idiot. Meanwhile the fence again does not work and they either do not want to fix or have no skills to fix the product. We are ready to file suit agains this company.
