Arrived at the Shipper at 9:08 for an 11:00 appointment, departure time was 17:36 stamped on the Bills. They get 2 free hours from the appointment time. I've repeatedly talked and emailed the Broker/Agent Jacob B. All I've been getting is excuses after excuses. Something need to be done. He doe User's recommendation: Don't deal with him. He's not an honest business man.
