Charging for no service

You’ve been charging me since November 19th with absolutely no contact from you owe me $195. If I don’t get a refund ASAP I’m calling my bank and letting them know that you are fraudulently charging me for no work performed User’s recommendation: Never use them.

Unwanted membership fee

Forever Clean offers a discount voucher for A Cleaner Love but doesn’t clearly state that there’s a $39 monthly membership fee. Once I learned about this excessive & unwanted membership and tried to annul (cancel) it, they want a $99 cancellation fee! Don’t fall for this trick

Hidden fee of $39/month + $99 cancellation fee!

When the 1st voucher is offered, it is not clear that there is a $39 month fee which is More than the cost of the cleaning itself! I was tricked into a Forever Clean 6 month membership when all I wanted was a few cleanings from Cleaner Love
