non-payment of bpo work performed
1
Beginning August 14, 2017 through November 20, 2017, I performed BPO's for Broker Price Opinion for various fees for both residential and commercial properties. While I realized this company was the only one who was on a 90-day pay, I figured all was fine - I WAS WRONG! After 141 days, I received 1 payment - on the 2nd BPO I performed - and the check I received was ONLY after I emailed a prior assignment rep who forwarded my email to a Tracy in accounting - who actually called me the week of Thanksgiving - Tracy told me that 2 checks had been mailed to me and, since I haven't changed addresses, she was unaware of the problem but would immediately stop payment on [those 2 checks] and reissue 2 new checks that I should receive within 5-7 days. 22 days later, I received one of those checks and thankfully, it did not bounce. January 4, 2018, I called 3 times in the early morning since they are 2 hours ahead of me only to have my call disconnected after the automation failed. That afternoon, I made 2 more calls only to have the same thing occur. I emailed both a Sandy Delgado and Tracy in accounting - indicating my calls unanswered and non-payment. On Jan. 10, 2018, I called in the morning and the same thing occurred. I then emailed Gavin Kelly, Brandy May, Sandy Delgado and Tracy in accounting - as these are the only people who have contacted me requesting me to work for them - of course, this email is still unresponded to. Today, January 22, 2018, I called, played around with the 'employee directory' and left a few messages for people requesting a call back ASAP and Payment. So far and I presume this will remain the case, no response from anyone. Therefore, I now have to waste more of my time, waste my money to sue this company and all for a measly $548.00!! If anyone has a class action lawsuit pending against this company, please let me know so I can engage in such action, as well. Thank you kindly!
