Non delivery of same-day birthday balloons

On 18.08.2021 I placed an order for balloons for my niece's 13th birthday to be delivered same day. I paid CA$82.44 and received confirmation of order No # 317304 with the status that it was received and being processed. I am disappointed to report that balloons have still not been received19.08.2021 10:08 MDT. I am also disappointed to report that despite contacting this company about situation I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I have reached out via email, their online email service and even attempted a chat with them on their website but over 35 minutes later after being initially told "hello give me one sec to scan on it" after explaining the situation, I am still waiting to hear anything at all.
