Non-delivery of product

*SOLVED

May 6, 2012 took my money and still have not delivered product. I used Paypal and did not get my complaint within the 45 day required time. I am still hoping they can get my money back. This company's real name is Central Vacuum Planet. If you put in www.centralvacuumplanet.com it goes to the Central Vacuum Supplier site. See BBB report under Central Vacuum Planet it has an F rating.
