Noise complaint
It is November 2, 2024 I did not get back to my hotel room until 1130. I was in room 403 when I got off the elevator the dog and room 407 was going off and being very loud. I have a six month old Chesapeake Bay retriever and she is very do so she does not like loud noise. She hardly barks. The lady at the desk, came up and said that there were multiple noise complain against my dogs have one dog and she kept saying dogs she told me to be quiet while she was talking. I couldn’t get one question in with her. She was very rude inconsiderate and very unprofessional have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. They say this is a pet friendly hotel. it is the opposite she wouldn’t let me ask any questions. I couldn’t even ask her when the noise complaint started. I didn’t get back to the hotel until 1130 so my puppy didn’t bark for that long. I left her in the hotel room to go to unload the truck and it was just me and she said tell her at check-in I could not get my $75 deposit back when I made the reservation. I told them about my dog when I told her about my dog and when I filled out the paperwork at check-in, I filled out that I have a dog and she said she saw that a couple times I could not have my $75 deposit back. When was the dog next-door to me in room 407 that was going to any of these hotels I would suggest you go somewhere else This is not a pet friendly hotel And Run I checked in they popped the $75 deposit on me as a surprise was not mentioned at the time of reservation. Nothing at all like that.
