We have a lifetime membership in their vacation cash back program. Every year it gets harder and harder to get a hold of someone who 1st, knows about the program and 2nd, calls you back. I have left a total of 12 messages for 2 representatives and a supervisor, and not one person calls back. What the *** is the problem?? There is no number or email to contact these idiots when there are problems or complaints. They want you to pay your maintenance fee on time, but won't fulfill their obligations. I have filed complaint with BBB and the AZ Attorney Generals office. User's recommendation: stay away from these scammers!!!
