I placed an order for a gift, and my card was charged immediately. There was no mention of a delay, nor was there any delay when the order confirmation arrived. Then a week or so later, they email that there is a delay with no mention when they actually intend to ship. I have emailed three times requesting them to cancel my order and refund my credit card, but they dont respond, and, of course, there is no way to call them, as they dont bother to list a phone number. Avoid this company like the plague! I woukd avoid User's recommendation: Avoid them. Run don’t walk!
