No way to contact them about a faulty mattress

I got a mattress from IKEA about 2 years ago with 10 years warranty. Now, it has changed the shape and I want to call IKEA and discuss how the process will work to check the mattress and if it is not my fault to return it back. But guess what, there is no way to contact them: no email, no phone and online chat in the website. That is just ludicrous. User's recommendation: Do not buy from IKEA.
