No way of contacting your company

Im not able to get this problem solved with Affirm and Gov X. They keep telling me to Contact the Merchant which is you Eventbrite. I purchased and paid in installments in full for the 2020 CCMF Concert that has been Rescheduled for June of 2021. Ive only Received 2 Wristbands in the Mail instead of 4. I need someone to contact me from this event on where my 2 other Wristbands are that was paid in Full Affirm and Gov X. I need someone to contact me from this event on where my 2 other Wristbands are that was paid in Full. I can not access your Website with a password reset to get this issue solved. Every phone number you have online doesnt work. I expect someone from your organization to contact me on the Product Purchased from you that Ive not received Bruce James
