No TV in master bedroom room. Customer service was no help what so ever. Would like to talk to another representative however I can not get thru to another representative or manger.. I have managed call centers for over 30 years and have never heard of such a thing where you can never speak to anyone else. Very disappointed in this experience! User's recommendation: No recommendations.
