I recently purchased a bedroom group from Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. The furniture is beautiful and I am very happy with it. However, the delivery process allowed much to be desired. My furniture arrived damaged and the delivery employee tracked dirt all over my carpet. The damaged piece was replaced and I had the carpet cleaned. The experience has not been what I expected to say the least! I have contacted my salesperson numerous times regarding my mattress and have been promised a call from the bedding manager, which never comes. This salesperson promised me that I would not be left unhappy with my mattress and that after 30 days if I was not happy that they would see about getting it replaced or exchanged. I have called every week for over a month!!! Very poor customer service! If you are purchasing a mattress, look elsewhere! So disappointing!!
